Currently, Anya Jaleane is at The Florin Square Mall, African Market with her Collection of Children's Books and others, every first and third Saturday, from 12 pm to 5:30 PM. 

 As a Poet and Prolific Author, she has participated in many events, including The Black Expo, The Small Business Youth Summit, Seat At The Table, Fortune Preschool Storytime Event, and   Book Fairs. She has been a featured poet at Underground Books, and her books have also been purchased there. Time-Tested Books and many Sacramento school district schools carry her books... She has also had the opportunity to read her Children's Books (Storytime With Anya Jaleane) at Leataata Floyd Elementary School, and Melanin Day School Academy, to name a few. Poetry performances include: performing some of her poetry at La Pina's House, Jamaka House, and others.  " Born To Be Poets." Each of these events has led to other events and favorable reviews of her work and performances.
